These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ph74 and all services offered on ph74.org. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

Access to ph74 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or above, as mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine law. Age verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
ph74 is licensed by PAGCOR to serve players physically located in the Philippines. If you access ph74 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or illegal, you do so at your own legal risk and ph74 bears no liability. It is your responsibility to confirm local laws apply to you.
Each individual may hold only one ph74 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or permanently closed. Bonuses claimed on multiple accounts by the same individual constitute fraud and will result in forfeiture of funds and permanent suspension. ph74 uses identity verification to enforce this rule.
All bonus funds at ph74 are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are stated in each individual promotion's terms. Bonus abuse — including matched betting and arbitrage on bonus funds — is prohibited.
ph74 complies with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Before processing any withdrawal, ph74 may require a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and verification of your registered payment method. Failure to provide required documents within 30 days may result in account suspension.
ph74 is committed to responsible gaming. All players must comply with applicable self-exclusion periods and the platform's responsible gaming tools. ph74 reserves the right to impose deposit limits, restrict access, or close accounts where patterns of problematic gambling are identified, regardless of the player's wishes.

Registration of an account with ph74 requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, an email address, and such other information as ph74 may require from time to time for KYC purposes.
Each individual may maintain only one active ph74 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. ph74 uses technical and manual processes to identify and act on multiple account registrations.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and during any KYC process is accurate and truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incorrect information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, along with forfeiture of any balance held therein.
ph74 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or at any point where additional verification is deemed necessary for regulatory compliance. Standard documents include a government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, or SSS/GSIS ID) and may include proof of address or proof of payment method.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph74 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account.
ph74 will never request your password through any channel — including live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from ph74 that requests your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph74 support immediately.
You must notify ph74 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ph74 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials or to notify ph74 of suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner.
ph74 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to current availability: GCash, Maya / PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP).
The minimum deposit amount at ph74 is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. ph74 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
Deposits via GCash and Maya are generally processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay and PesoNet may take up to one banking business day. ph74 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages beyond ph74's reasonable control.
By depositing funds into your ph74 account, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours and have not been obtained through any criminal activity. ph74 complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR regulations. ph74 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds enquiries and to suspend transactions pending verification.
ph74 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its discretion, including where a deposit is associated with suspicious activity, where the payment method cannot be verified, or where the deposit would breach applicable regulatory limits.
Withdrawal requests are processed by ph74 subject to the following conditions:
Your ph74 account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. Verification requirements are outlined in Section 4.3 of these Terms.
ph74 reserves the right to require that real money deposits have been wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted, as an anti-money laundering measure. This requirement applies to the deposit principal, not any winnings generated from it.
Withdrawals to GCash and Maya wallets are targeted for same-day processing for verified accounts, subject to operational review. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three banking business days. ph74 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times and bears no liability for delays caused by the receiving financial institution.
Minimum withdrawal limits apply per payment method and are displayed in the ph74 Cashier. Maximum withdrawal limits are subject to your KYC verification level and VIP tier. ph74 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments.
ph74 reserves the right to withhold or delay the processing of any withdrawal pending the outcome of any investigation into potential fraud, bonus abuse, AML compliance, or breach of these Terms. ph74 will notify affected players within a reasonable timeframe where withholding is applied, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
ph74 offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to these general Terms and to specific terms published with each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms. Only wagers placed on eligible games at the eligible minimum odds count toward wagering requirements.
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, matched betting using bonus funds, arbitrage betting, the use of automated software to exploit bonus mechanics, and any coordinated activity by groups of players designed to extract value from promotional offers. ph74 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
Bonus funds that are not wagered the required number of times within the stipulated time period will expire and be automatically removed from your account. ph74 is under no obligation to reinstate expired bonuses.
ph74 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already credited to accounts in good standing prior to any such modification are honoured under the original terms applicable at the time of crediting.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ph74.org for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any content on ph74.org without prior written authorisation from ph74.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph74 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ph74's services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ph74's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that player into their ph74 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph74 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph74 does not warrant that its services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned maintenance will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably practicable.
ph74 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon termination for cause, ph74 reserves the right to void any pending bets and to withhold account balances pending the outcome of any investigation, in accordance with applicable law. Where closure is not due to player fault, any verified balance will be returned to the player via the most recently used payment method.
ph74 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on ph74.org at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of ph74's services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account prior to the amendment's effective date.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and ph74, you agree to first contact ph74 support to attempt resolution in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, ph74 is also subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes for gaming-related complaints. Players may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures.
